My take from the article is that obviously you need 2 have the innovative creative thinking that can build brands but also certain innate qualities that drive you to a higher quality of work in this business. Some things can be taught while others come from within. Taking advantage of an opportunity by proving your passion & commitment can pay huge dividends 4 your career. The cream rises 2 the top!
