Not only is Specialized Bicycle in the hunt for a Design Director but they also made the hiring process a bit more human w/ the addition of a short but sweet video by the creative director.
I’m not saying this video will answer all of your questions about the culture @ specialized but I do feel like it’s a cracked window that lets a potential candidate peek in & feel more comfortable.
